The comments from the anonymous author in “Regards sur Courseulles” aroused our interest: we went and had a look at this web dweller: the official site of the town of Courseulles.
Classic layout – you already know the sort – we won’t describe it.
We suggest that on it there should be:
Requests for tenders
Documents about public enquiries
A genuine encouragement to look at them and to take part: more precisely on the stakes, forms of publicity and the notice taken of comments, the role of the commissioner, the date whenthe council will debate the subject meetings for information etc…
Nothing which is not part of the essential mission of a town’s information site.
By the way, why was the public meeting about the modification of the town’s development plan put on line and not the public enquiry whose contents have weightier consequences?
